Following the outstanding success of the Russia Offshore 2006, The Energy
Exchange Ltd is delighted to announce that it will host its Russia Offshore
2007 Conference once again in Moscow on the 7-8 February 2007.
Now more than ever the Russian offshore oil and gas
industry is grabbing the attention of international and domestic oil &
gas operators, technical suppliers and investors. The region is predicted
to play a vital role in the future global supply of energy. Yet, the vast
part of Russia’s offshore oil and gas resources is located on the
Arctic seas shelf characterised by rough climatic and extreme ice conditions,
