8 - 9 February, 2006, Moscow, Russia

With global oil & gas activity shifting towards offshore resources, the development of oil and gas resources of the Russian continental shelf are viewed as key to the stability of further oil & gas supplies worldwide.

The Russian government has therefore indicated that one of it’s main economic priorities over the coming years will be development of its vast offshore oil & gas fields.

A number of projects have already dominated international headlines over the past months, including Shtokman and Prirazlomnoye fields, the Caspian shelf and Sakhalin island.

Quite clearly, the opportunities are rapidly presenting themselves to both international and domestic oil & gas operators, technical suppliers and investors.

Building on the success of previous The Energy Exchange Ltd conferences and events in Russia and CIS region and in response to growing demand, we are pleased to announce the launch of Russia Offshore 2006. This conference will take place on 8-9 February 2006 in the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, and will bring together key players operating in the region.
