Following the success of our inaugural ‘Investing in the Russian Oil and Gas Sector’ meeting in Moscow in November 2003, and our already established and annualised CIS Oil & Gas Summit, The Energy Exchange Limited are pleased to announce the 2004 Russian & CIS Oil and Gas Investment Forum will be held in Moscow on 1-2 December.
