3rd
Global Alternative Fuels Forum for Automotive Applications
Hamburg,
Germany, 3rd/4th of March 2004
Event
Overview
Until
recently, limited technologies and high production costs have prevented
the development of widespread non-petroleum based fuels for the
automotive sector.
However,
in the last few years the situation has changed dramatically with
greatly reduced oil reserves, demands for better air quality and
reduced emissions becoming more widespread on the public agenda.
At
the Energy Exchange Limited’s third Global Alternative Fuels
Forum for Automotive Applications our leading speaker panel will
provide the audience with a detailed analysis and expert opinions
on the main drivers moving the sector forward.
The
readily available alternative fuels for automotive applications,
including the current and future expected use of hydrogen, fuel
cells, bio fuels, natural gas and the latest manufacturers technologies
will also be addressed.
New
for 2004, the Forum will include a roundtable discussion session,
with each table led by experts in their field, devoted to interactive
and informal discussion groups for both speakers and attendees alike.
In
addition to the main two day Forum, your attendance will enable
you to participate within a site visit to the European Union’s
Clean Urban Transport for Europe (CUTE) Project, where you will
be able to witness a demonstration of the refuelling station and
take a ride in one of the Project’s H2 vehicles.
