Russia Offshore, 4th Annual Meeting 2009

Following the outstanding success of the 3rd Annual Russia Offshore Meeting, The Energy Exchange Ltd will host this highly targeted, highly focused and very timely event once again in Moscow on 4 - 6 February 2009.

With global oil and gas activity shifting towards offshore resources, the development of oil and gas resources on the Russian continental shelf is viewed as key to the stability of further oil and gas supplies worldwide. The development of its vast offshore oil and gas fields remains one of Russia’s main economic priorities for the coming years, opening numerous opportunities to both international and domestic oil and gas operators, technical suppliers and investors. The forthcoming amendments to laws on investments and PSAs will define a course of this development.

NEW FOR 2009: TECHNICAL WORKSHOP For the first time the Russia Offshore 2009 Meeting will commence with a Technical Workshop on 4 February. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to attend a Pre-Conference Workshop dedicated to technical issues affecting the offshore development, new solutions and latest technologies within the region.
